Brad Sadowski

Brad Sadowski recently retired from a Fortune 300 Medical Device company in August of 2022. At Stryker Corporation he was the Senior Director of Finance for their Ambulatory Service Center (ASC) business. Brad stood up and led the finance function of this newly formed business in January of 2020, which provided Stryker’s complete portfolio of products to outpatient facilities across the country. In just over two years, the newly formed ASC business grew to over $2B in committed revenues. Prior to this ASC role, Brad served as Director of Finance for Stryker’s Corporate M&A group where he was a strategic partner to divisional M&A teams and corporate functional leaders. While leading this M&A finance function he evaluated 60+ deals totaling over $16.6B, which included acquisitions, distribution licensing agreements and equity investments.

A University of Michigan graduate with his MBA from Notre Dame, Brad began his career with Arthur Andersen, where he was an International Trade Consultant for several multi-nationals. After 7 years, Brad moved to Crown Investment & Valuation Services. There he provided commercial and industrial real estate valuations for corporate clients with insight into all aspects of investment analysis, acquisition, and development.

In 2010, Brad joined Stryker as Senior Manager in their Enterprise-wide Financial Planning & Analysis department. It was in 2014 when Brad was asked to take on the lead role as Director of Finance and created the Corporate M&A Finance function for Stryker’s global M&A activity. Brad reported to the C-suite and developed many business processes including Stryker’s enterprise-wide standard for financial assessment of M&A activity.
