These Terms of Use apply to the Adlore website and related sites (the “Site”), owned and operated by Adlore, Inc. Your access to and use of this Site are governed by these Terms, a legally binding contract between you and Adlore. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Amendments
Adlore may change these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or related rules at any time by posting changes on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes agreement.
Materials and license
Adlore grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use Site materials for your own informational, non-commercial use. All other rights are retained. You may not copy the design, scrape the Site, frame it, reverse engineer it, or use Adlore trademarks without written permission.
This is not an offer to sell securities
Information on this Site is not an offer to sell securities or the solicitation of an offer to buy securities, nor shall there be any sale of securities in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation, or sale would be unlawful prior to registration or qualification. Adlore’s Regulation Crowdfunding offering, if any, is made only through the official Highlander campaign page and related offering materials. Any Regulation D private placement is handled separately through Strong Capital Markets for accredited investors.

Feedback you send may be used by Adlore without obligation to you. You agree not to use the Site for hacking, phishing, unauthorized data collection, illegal content, or harassment. Third-party sites are not controlled or endorsed by Adlore.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Information is for general understanding and educational purposes and is not a recommendation for a specific product or course of action. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adlore is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the Site. Claims must be initiated within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity, termination, and governing law
You agree to indemnify Adlore from claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms. Adlore may terminate access at any time. These Terms are governed by Michigan law and controlling U.S. federal law. Litigation shall be in the Circuit Court for Kalamazoo County, Michigan, or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, Southern Division.
